Your teacher
Hi, I'm Ozan
I'm a finance leader with more than 20 years of experience across Europe, Central Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Not from a head office far away: I lived and worked for six years in the CIS countries and six years in Sweden. I've worked in consulting, telecommunications, agriculture and tourism, and today in medical equipment.
Along the way I've covered budgeting, reporting, corporate finance, audit and assurance, accounting, IFRS, management accounting, ethics and compliance, sustainability and finance transformation.
The same thing happens in every country and every industry: smart, experienced people get promoted into a bigger role and are expected to understand the numbers without anyone ever teaching them. Boardroom Numbers is the course I wish they'd been given before their first budget meeting.
