Refund policy

7 days, no questions asked

If a course isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of your purchase and you'll get your money back in full. You don't have to give a reason.

Certificates

Your course certificate unlocks after the 7-day refund window has closed. Once a certificate has been issued, the course can't be refunded. If a payment is later reversed (for example, through a chargeback), the certificate is withdrawn and its verification link stops working.

How to ask

• Reply to your Gumroad receipt, or
• email hello@boardroomnumbers.com with the email address you bought with.

Gumroad processes the refund to your original payment method. It usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What happens next

A refund ends your access to the course and to the member features (quizzes, certificate and Statement Coach).

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
