What you get

18 short lessonsSix modules, 4 to 7 minutes each, following one company, Halvard Coffee Systems, through its P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
Plain English, no jargonBuilt for managers who were never trained in finance. Subtitles in English and Turkish.
Key terms and workbooksA one-page key-terms PDF for every lesson and an Excel workbook for every module.
Quizzes and a certificateA short quiz after each module and a certificate you can add to LinkedIn when you finish.

Who it's for

Managers in sales, operations, HR, projects and marketing who now own a budget or a P&L, and want to follow the numbers in meetings without nodding along. If you already work in finance, this course is probably too basic for you.

What I'd ask in return

All of it is optional. Your access never depends on it.

Tell me what was unclear. Reply to the course emails with one thing per module that didn't land. That's how the second edition gets better.
A sentence I can quote, if the course helped you. Only with your permission.
Share your certificate on LinkedIn when you finish, and tag Boardroom Numbers.

How it works

Claim your seat with your first name and email.
Confirm your email with the link we send you.
Sign in at members.boardroomnumbers.com with that email: a one-click link and a 6-digit code, no password. Start with Lesson 1.1.
Is it really free?

Yes. No card, no trial that turns into a payment. You get 12 months of access, and it simply ends after that.

Why is it free?

This is the first edition. I'd rather have 100 real managers use it and tell me what to fix than launch it untested. From January, Course 1 will be a paid course.

Who teaches it?

Ozan Matur, a practicing finance director with years of experience explaining the numbers to sales, operations and project teams in international companies.

What happens when the 100 seats are gone?

The sign-up closes and this page says so. You can join the January list to hear when Course 1 opens to everyone.
